Video Information In December of 2008 Sharon Feery's first video "Yoga For The Higher Powered" (tm) was released. Now, people in recovery nationwide are able to "boost" their recovery to a new spiritual level by practicing yoga and learning how to meditate. Our video is filmed outdoors in a beautiful garden setting with beautiful views of nature and the sound of soothing music in the background. The video has a menu of five options which include an introduction. The viewer can opt to view the entire one hour video or if their time is limited, they may also decide to only do the yoga class or maybe just meditate. The video is sold along with a booklet with photographs of the poses, as they are renamed to familiar twelve-step slogan names. The suggested retail price is $19.99.
