All of our groups are led by Yoga For The Higher Powered® Certified Yoga Instructors. Our groups are yoga meetings. Each meeting has a topic that is suitable to members of all 12 step groups. Our groups last for 75 minutes and includes a reading on the topic, yoga, a contemporary song that applies to the topic and a period of sharing. The cost of a class ranges between $7 and $10 which depends upon our price of rent at each location. Current Groups New Jersey We presently offer 3 yoga classes per week in Hainesport, NJ. and 1 Aquafit class. All classes are $7 Send an email for precise directions. Special Class: Monday, August 9th 7:45pm Guided Meditation $5 Every Tuesday at 10:15am thru 11:15am we meet for an all level open group. Every Wednesday Evening at 7:00-8:00pm join us in Hainesport for Yoga For Stress Management. This will be peaceful yoga at a level 1 to 1.5. Leave your worries at the door. Tools for wellness and tips on stress reduction will be presented. Thursday Evenings at 7:30 - 8:45pm we have a yoga meeting in Hainesport. We will have a topic, sharing, yoga and meditation. All 12 steppers are welcome. Friday 9:45 - 10:45am join us for Aquafit in the YFTHP pool. This is a fun fitness class in the pool. Be prepared for smiles, laughter and splashes. Florida Friday late afternoon 4:15 - 5:30pm Michelle is teaching a yoga meeting at The Deerfield Yoga Center at 827 SE9th Street in Deerfield (954)-427-2353 The fee is $10.00 Tuesday nights 8:00 - 9:15pm Christine or Dotty will be teaching yoga meetings at The Deerfield Yoga Center The fee is $10.00
